Job Description
*The job will entail a combination of both on-court and administration responsibilities including programming, staffing, customer service, managing a large diversified teaching staff, and team building.
*Must be proficient in group teaching methods for all levels and ages.
*Must be highly motivated, energetic, personable, and skilled at interpersonal relationships.
*Applicant must be certified by the PTR or USPTA and have at least 15 years in the industry, combining both teaching and business experience.
*An understanding of how a non-profit differs from a for-profit organization is very beneficial. Salary and Benefits commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
